Product Overview
Discover the exceptional character of Ethiopia Shakiso Mesele, a premium specialty coffee sourced from the celebrated Guji region of Ethiopia, one of the world's most respected origins for distinctive and fruit-forward coffees. Grown at elevations of 1,9002,200 metres above sea level, this coffee develops remarkable complexity, vibrant acidity, and layered sweetness.
Carefully roasted for filter brewing, this coffee undergoes a Natural (Aerobic) processing method, allowing the cherries to dry with the fruit intact to intensify its aromatic profile. The result is an elegant cup bursting with notes of lavender, grapes, plums, and dried mango, delivering a floral, juicy experience with lingering sweetness.
Produced by Mesele Kebede, a first-generation coffee producer with more than two decades of expertise, this coffee reflects a deep commitment to craftsmanship and quality. Starting with two partners over 20 years ago, Mesele later established his own washing stations in Shakiso and Hambela, steadily expanding production to approximately 160 tonnes of coffee annually.
Every cup showcases the richness of Ethiopia's coffee heritage combined with modern processing techniques, making it an excellent choice for specialty coffee enthusiasts seeking vibrant, floral, and fruit-forward coffees.
