The cup is full-bodied and syrupy, with dark chocolate, dried fig and warm jaggery notes. It can be enjoyed black or with milk, and El Bueno especially highlights this coffee for espresso and moka pot because of its sweetness and body.
This 250g option is ground for French Press. El Bueno's official French Press recipe uses 20g of coffee, a target yield of 240 ml, a 1:12 coffee-to-water ratio, 94C water temperature and a target brew time of About 4 minutes.
